This 4 week course is an excellent introduction for anyone looking to create more balance and harmony in their lives. Through a combination of Mindfulness practices and NLP,  participants will learn techniques and tips for managing anxiety and stress . They will also be introduced to meditation and how to develop a self care and wellbeing routine in their daily lives. Class sizes are limited so early booking is recommended.
